Happy New Year Debaters and welcome back to another year or film debate shenanigans. Ever hear of Netflix? Crave perhaps? How about Hulu , Disney + and Amazon Prime? All kidding aside, 2019 was the year streaming services really doubled down to become a dominant form as to how we consume our media so we decided to kick off 2020 with a debate that we feel is worthy of a good binge. Premise: It's 2025 and all the streaming services have either conceded to Disney and closed up shop OR they were purchased by the happiest place on earth. You have the funds, time and resources to make your own streaming service to compete with them. What are your features, price, layout, content and lastly one new piece of content to launch your service? This is an all around debate so when voting we considered creativity, price, look, content and originality.
